Our Story
Bridge Literacy started its service during the pandemic in 2020, initially to support parents teaching their children at home during remote learning. Our founder, Jonelle Ha, a certified elementary teacher, worked closely with parents and students to develop tutoring programs and additional resources to help parents support their children at home.
When schools re-opened, the gap in students’ learning became more evident and parents continued to request supplementary resources to help their children meet age and curriculum expectations. This led to the curation of online free and paid resources on our website, to make it more accessible for parents. As well as our consultation services, which include a free assessment and detailed learning plan with free and paid resource options.
Our goal is to facilitate a seamless connection between classroom teaching methods and the resources available for learning at home. Through collaborative efforts with teachers and parents, we hope to assist students in reaching their full potential.
